Dr.K.S.Rao is one of the Senior Faculty fully engaged in teaching the Human Resource Planning at Master’s Degree level, Advanced Diploma Level and other short- term training courses in the field of Human Resource Planning and Development, Manpower Research and Human Capabilities for the last several years to the International level Senior, Middle and Junior Officers.?
Apart from Human Resource Planning he also teaches related modules like Human Resource Information System, Educational Planning and Employment Policies, which are mainly relating to Human Resource Planning and
Development.
He has been imparting training to the Young Professionals who were selected to the Govt. of India from various Universities at the National Level. Apart from teaching he conducts other activities like selection and recruitment of young professionals, individual presentations, group discussions and exercises that will help to improve their Capacity building from time to time.
And he has practical knowledge about Skill Development Surveys in India, which is very much important in the process of Human Development through Delphi Technique. This technique is very useful especially in the case of Human Resource Planning and Development. And also supervised the Monitoring and Evaluation of National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme at National Level Sponsored by Ministry of Rural Development, Govt.of India.
He had an experience in training to the Indian Civil Servants at LBS National Academy of Administration, which is an apex institute for the Indian Civil Servants.
He has supervised more than 30 participants so far for their project work and also Ph.D Examiner for Two Indian Universities.
and he has organised and participated a number of Workshops/Seminars and Symposiums and Brain storming sessions on human development issues.
